We’re searching for an AI Engineer who lives and breathes AI agents and generative AI, someone ready to bring next-gen intelligence into production systems that make a real-world impact.

Your Mission

Build the Brains: Architect and deploy LLM-powered AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenAgents.
Shape the Models: Fine-tune or integrate large models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.) into sleek microservices and scalable APIs.
Create What’s Next: Develop cross-domain GenAI applications—whether for content creation, analytics, automation, or customer workflows—that raise the bar.
Collaborate Across Frontiers: Work closely with our blockchain and product teams to infuse AI-driven intelligence into cutting-edge ventures.
Turn Research into Reality: Translate complex AI research into clean, modular, and production-ready code that delivers tangible results.

What You Bring

Experience: 3–7 years in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and agent-based systems.
Technical Mastery: Strong Python skills with PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs under your belt.
Proven Impact: You’ve shipped real-world GenAI tools—whether for text, code, vision, or speech—that people actually use.
Advanced Know-How: Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.
Versatility: Demonstrated use of AI in 2–3 different domains like fintech, SaaS, marketing, ops, or customer support.

Bonus Points For

Open-source contributions or a track record at AI hackathons.
Experience thriving in startup or high-velocity product teams.
Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 integrations.
