Blockchain Developer


We’re searching for a bold Blockchain Developer ready to craft the next generation of decentralized solutions and redefine what’s possible in Web3.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and deploy secure smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) and blockchain-based applications that set the standard.

  • Design custom chains, integrate blockchain protocols, and push the limits of decentralization.

  • Optimize transactions for cost, speed, and scalability like a blockchain mechanic.

  • Explore DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Layer-2 solutions to find real-world opportunities for innovation.

  • Test, audit, and secure applications to deliver flawless dApps.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create solutions that impress clients and users alike.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in blockchain development, or 3+ years in software development with blockchain exposure.

  • Proficiency in Solidity (Ethereum) or Rust (Solana/Polkadot).

  • Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or Hyperledger.

  • Solid understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS) and Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).

  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or Go.

  • Knowledge of cryptography, hashing, and secure coding practices.

  • Familiarity with IPFS, blockchain oracles, decentralized storage, and APIs.

  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience with DeFi, NFTs, or decentralized exchanges.

  • Hold blockchain certifications or a CS/Engineering degree.

  • Can dive deep into Layer-2 scaling or advanced cryptography.
