What You’ll Do

Define the Future: Build and execute a bold technological roadmap aligned with our growth ambitions. Stay ahead of Web3, blockchain, and DID trends to keep NonceBlox at the cutting edge.
Build & Scale Products: Oversee architecture, design, and delivery of groundbreaking blockchain products. Ensure our solutions are not only scalable and secure but industry-defining.
Inspire & Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineering talent. Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and accountability.
Collaborate for Impact: Partner closely with product, marketing, and business teams to turn big ideas into reality and ensure tech aligns with customer and market needs.
Forge Key Alliances: Establish strategic technology partnerships and contribute to open-source and industry ecosystems.
Champion Security & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Drive Operational Excellence: Refine tools, processes, and methodologies for peak performance and agile delivery.

What You Bring

Proven Leadership: Experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior tech leader in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, smart contracts (e.g., Solidity), and decentralized identity frameworks.
Product Vision: A track record of building and scaling complex software products.
Technical Versatility: Strong command of blockchain stacks, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies like AI, IoT, or ZKPs.
Problem-Solving Excellence: The ability to tackle complex challenges with clear, strategic thinking.
Exceptional Communication: Can translate complex tech into simple, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with DID platforms (Privado ID, Travlr ID, or similar) and scaling startups from early-stage to growth.
