Type: Full-time | Build-from-zero role
Location: Remote / Hybrid (India/Dubai)

At NonceLabs, we build and scale technology-driven businesses in AI, Web3, and emerging tech.

Our work happens in real environments - fast-moving, imperfect, and high-ownership.

We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Ops & Growth) - someone who can operate in chaos, make decisions, and help us scale faster.

This is not a corporate operations role.

It is a builders role.

What You Will Do

Work closely with the founder to scale business operations and execution
Own day-to-day operations across teams, partners, and initiatives
Support and manage hiring, onboarding, and people coordination
Oversee marketing execution and growth initiatives (coordination, follow-ups, tracking)
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks - and solve them without waiting for instructions
Build systems, processes, and structure as the company grows
Step in as a one-person army when needed
Wear multiple hats across ops, people, execution, and growth

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has founded, co-founded, or run a startup or business before (exit or failure - both are valued)
Has worked in unstructured, unorganised, and early-stage environments
Is calm under pressure and comfortable with uncertainty
Can take decisions with incomplete information
Understands and respects lean culture
Values ownership, trust, and speed over hierarchy
Believes in building first, perfecting later

You are likely not a fit if you:

Need detailed SOPs to begin work
Prefer fixed roles and rigid structures
Avoid accountability or high-pressure environments
