Sr Business Development Partner


We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Development Partner—someone who thrives on creating opportunities, forging powerful connections, and driving strategic growth worldwide. This is a commission-driven, high-reward role for entrepreneurial professionals who want to leverage their network, influence global markets, and be part of an ambitious growth story.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and onboard global clients, partners, and collaborators.

  • Lead generation is a must—you know how to open doors.

  • Develop and execute BD strategies for untapped markets.

  • Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Negotiate partnerships, deals, and collaborations that drive serious revenue.

  • Act as Account Manager/Point of Contact for onboarded clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

  • Work closely with leadership to shape global expansion strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven senior-level experience in Business Development/Partnerships.

  • A strong global network you can activate.

  • Experience in AI, blockchain, or team management systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for impact.
