Sr Technical Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead cutting-edge blockchain projects, mentor talented teams, and drive innovation across our Web3 ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Team: Mentor and inspire blockchain developers, architects, and engineers. Set clear goals, track progress, and build a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Drive Technical Strategy: Build roadmaps that align with business objectives. Stay ahead of blockchain trends to guide NonceBlox toward next-gen solutions.
Own Projects End-to-End: Manage multiple blockchain projects from concept to launch—meeting timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Shape Architecture & Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain apps and smart contracts. Enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability.
Be the Client’s Tech Partner: Translate complex tech into clear solutions. Support pre-sales by providing technical insights and building POCs.
Innovate Relentlessly: Research emerging trends—DeFi, NFTs, Layer-2 scaling—and identify ways to apply them in real-world scenarios.

What You Bring

Advanced programming skills in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Proven experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Hyperledger, or Solana.
Strong grasp of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
Hands-on experience managing technical teams and delivering complex blockchain projects.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Blockchain certifications or advanced training are a plus.
